We are a group of friends from Italy with the Hobby of mineral collecting , we started this  experience on the Web   under     Webminerals  S.A.S.
Now we manage some different site, all dedicated to mineral collection; the other site on the net are Webmineralshop, the first and the most important site, Raremineralshop, dedicated to rare and micro minerals, Webgemshop, dedicated to cutting stones and more...

Web Site Phylosophy

Aim of this  website page  is to propose medium-high standard specimens for quite advanced collectors. It's our main committment to guarantee quality and ranking of the proposed specimens.  The website material is targeted both to aesthetic  and to advanced systematic collectors. Proposed offers are based on the original purchase   price  and  current market price. In general  they represent our best  offer  and discount policy  on single specimens cannot be practiced.   Proposed specimens are selected from old collections or sometimes personally collected. Very rarely they come from attractive offers in   mineral shows.  Updates of this special page will be bi-montly based and they will be highlighted in the Website homepage and in different galleries.   In this site is possible find different thematic section:

WEBMINERALS COLLECTION: in asolute the best minerals offer we have in each moment; a specimen find space inside the collection only if assure quality, perfection and high mineral interest

PAKISTAN & AFGHANISTAN SECTION: all minerals from these two counties, mainly gemmy minerals but also same different unusual and interesting specimens

MINERALS FROM RUSSIA: a mineral section completly dedicated to all minerals from this big area, so, not only minerals from Dal'nergosk, but also from Kola Peninsula, from Ukraina, from Kazakistan, ecc.

MINERALS FROM MOROCCO: a thematic section dedicated to this small country, very rich of minerals and mine where sometimes we go to collect directly the minerals.

MINERALS FROM CHINA: after a trip in China we start this section where we porpouse periodically the last minerals news from this far country.

SARDINIA - MINERALS & MINES: a thematic section completly dedicated to this italian island. in the past rich of mines, of miners and, of course, of minerals

The Webpage proposes several Galleries according to the geographic locations. A short index-card  in  which  the main characteristics of each specimen are resumed  is available (on request we may provide additional photos or more datailed description).   For what concern the tipology of the proposed specimens  we will privilege Italian and European minerals but we will take care also of significative samples from Africa and Asia.   Regarding Africa we are wondering to dedicate in the near future a special page to Madagrascar minerals and localities.

Smartminerals borns from the cooperation of WebMineralShop and skills of high qualified italian mineralogists.  Webmineralshop provides the experience gained since 1999 in handling the web Site while the others provide their knowledge about  Italian and International mineral market as well as  most of the proposed specimens.   Webmineralshop  may provide you today  further of a selection of mineral specimens also technical notes  about Italian mineralogy, collecting areas and mineral collecting in general.
