Spessartite Garnet xls in Tysfjord are often extremely well developed with remarkable complex xls shapes having of a deep red -purple colour . Xls surface is estremely shining and often faces are also typically striated. Xls occur embedded in flogopite matrix and have often some gemmy areas. Xls size may range from few mm to max 2 cm maximum. Larger xls are quite uncommon. Due to the black flogopite matrix the all setting results quite attractive and aesthetyc. Extremely good specimen of Spessartite Garnet xls on matrix are quite rare to recover. In this gallery nice thumbnails and small miniature specimen are offered at a very interesting price. Nice specimne with some deep red-purple and well developed Garnet xls on flogopite matrix. The crystals form a nice group on the edge of he specimen . All crystals are very lustrous and with perfect faces. The largest is about 1,8 x 1,8 cm in size.
