In this page we offer you a  very good selection  from  the world famous   Zirkon  occurrence  from  Seiland Island, Finnmark,  Norway. Zirkon xls occur in a sienite-nefeline  pegmatite embedded in black Biotite and sometime in white nephelinite matrix . Zirkons xls are extremely well developed deep orange in colour and often with some gemmy areas.Small xls are often completely gemmy. The Largest xls in Seiland occurrence may reach 7 cm but xls size of 1-3 cm are the most common. Zirkons from Seiland are by far the world top occurrence for the mineral.  The measures are: length x width.

A remarkable specimen  composed by one main well developed  Zirkon ( 2cm ) xls on a Biotite matrix and a minor xl associated . The larger crystal  (2,0 cm in size) is deep-red orange in colour, with perfect faces and some gemmy areas. Beautiful showing.

Remarkable  small cabinet specimen with some deep- orange Zirkon xls on  Biotite and Nephelinite matrix. All crystals are deep orange in colour   associated in  a very nice group. The largest Zirkon xl is about 2,5 cm in size. Nice showing.
